For a run.
Wouldn't it be nice if we could always run at the time when it was both convenient for our schedules and most beneficial for our bodies? Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way -- most of us run whenever we can squeeze in some miles. And, to maintain a running habit, it's important that you run whenever it works for your schedule and goals.
But, in a perfect world, when would be the best time to exercise? You might be surprised to learn that a lot of the research points to the afternoon as the ideal time to exercise.
